Train your dog to pee at home

To potty train your dog to pee at home, you can establish a routine for your dog. Puppies do best on a regular schedule. The schedule teaches them that there are times to eat, times to play and times to do their business. Typically, a puppy can control their bladder one hour for every month of age. So if your puppy is 2 months old, they can hold it for about two hours.

You can also supervise your puppy and not give them an opportunity to soil in the house; keep an eye on them whenever they’re indoors. When you can’t supervise, confine them to a crate or small room where they won’t soil the floor. Mistakes happen so don’t punish your puppy for accidents. Instead, clean up the mess thoroughly.

You can also use old feces and treats to encourage your dog to use the potty. When he needs to go, the potty always needs to be there. Keep him on a short leash and encourage him to go in the potty.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
